With our Welcome Series Flow, you can welcome new subscribers who are being added to your subscriber list. This flow is enabled automatically after a new subscriber joins in!


Step 1: Enable the trigger


  • To enable Automation go to Flows > SMS > Welcome Series

  • The flow is automatically **triggered ** when a new subscriber is added to the list you choose from the drop-down.

Step 2: Define the Condition


Step 2.1: Setup Delay


  • Now, define the **timing ** when you want to send the automation to your subscribers. This is calculated from the time when the subscriber joins.

Step 3: Creating the First Follow-up


Step 3.1: Selecting the right template


  • Enable the first follow-up and set it up by browsing through the pre-set templates in the Browse field.

  • You can select a template with the discount or without any. If you choose one with the discount variable you will have to specify the discount value and discount code under the {discount_value} and {discount_code} fields.

Step 4: Setting up the second flow


  • The process ends once the customer places an order, however, if they haven't, we have another follow-up text prepared to go and engage!


Step 4.1: Set the time after which the customer receives the second follow-up


  • To set up another flow you need to first time since the first follow-up message after which you think the customer should have placed an order. After this period the second follow-up is triggered. You can select this period in the **Delay ** field.

Step 4.2: Fill up all other required fields same as the first follow-up


  • Now follow all the steps for the second follow-up exactly like you did for the first follow-up.

  • You can follow the steps above to set-up a third and fourth follow-up as well.

Step 5: Analyze the Performance of the Welcome Flow


  • To check the performance of your Welcome Series Flow go to Analytics > Welcome


  • The Welcome Series Analytics displays the following information:


  1. Order Recovered: This is the number of orders placed by new customers


  1. Amount Recovered: This is the total sum of the order value of orders placed by new customers


  1. Total Messages Sent: This is the total number of notifications sent to new subscribers


  1. Order Logs: This gives detailed information for the Orders recovered, including Order ID, Customer Name, Order Value, Order Date
