What are different types of Whatsapp messages?
There are 2 types of messages:-
Session messages: These are messages initiated by the customer and are often related to different queries. The message from the user will initiate the customer service window. It will stay open for 24 hours if the customer responds to the template message.

Template messages: These messages are business-initiated messages that are sent to deliver important notifications such as order status or transaction alerts. It should be kept in mind that in order to send template messages, you must receive an opt-in from the customer.
