To set up your WhatsApp campaign- Campaigns > WhatsApp Campaigns
Now add a suitable title to your campaign under the Enter Campaign Title field.
Identifying the right audience is crucial for sending campaigns that enhance engagement and conversion.
Choose an option among Filter, Segment, and Subscriber lists to segregate your audience. Let’s see what these options are in detail:
Under this option, you can segregate customers based on the pre-set segments from the drop-down list.
There are two types of segments:
Shopify Segments: These segments are created by Shopify and for this type of segment you can only select one category from the Select Segment drop-down.
You can also choose to exclude multiple categories under the Exclude Segment drop-down, however, the excluded categories must be from TCW segments only.
TCW Segments: These segments are created in TCW and for this type of segment you can choose multiple options from the Select Segment drop-down, you can also exclude multiple segments under the Exclude Segment drop-down to segregate the right audience.
Under this option, you can segregate your subscribers based on various criteria such as total spent, number of orders, etc from the drop-down menu of the filters.
You can also use the boolean operator OR/AND to segregate the right audience for your campaign
Under this option, you can choose the subscriber list you want to send the campaign to.
To choose a template: Browse > select template > Select or make your own in the Templates tab.
You can select a template with or without any discount. If you choose one with the discount variable you will have to specify the {discount_value} and {discount_code}.
Add your store link under the Redirect Link to redirect customers to your store.
You can also choose to add an image or video under the Add image/Video field.
For WhatsApp, you can also enable UTM tracking to track the sources of your website traffic and the performance of your WhatsApp Campaigns by specifying the UTM parameters- utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign
Now to schedule the campaign by: Campaign timing > Instant/Schedule for later
Note: Under the Schedule for Later option only the timezones are available in the country where their store is located.
