Uniware Integration: Send Invoice via whatsapp for Order Dispatch Events

This integration enables sending the invoice document directly to the end customer via WhatsApp notification for the Uniware event "order dispatch"

Steps to Integrate Uniware with Convertway
Step 1: Configure Integration in Convertway Panel
Log in to your Convertway panel.
Navigate to: Integrations → Unicommerce
Enter the following details:
Unicommerce User ID ,Unicommerce Password , Tenant Name {Tenant Name refers to your Uniware account code, which appears in the URL after logging in. Example: https://{tenant}.unicommerce.com} Click Install. Convertway will generate and display the "Base URL".




Step 2: Add Convertway as a Channel in Uniware
Log in to your Uniware panel.
Navigate to: Settings → Channel → Add New Channel
Select "Custom POS" as the channel type.


In the Connector fields, enter the following:
Auth URL: {Base_url}/oauth/token
Username: Your Convertway store URL (e.g., abc.myshopify.com)
Password: Your Convertway License Key (To find the License Key of Convertway: Navigate to Settings → Profile → License Key
OAuth: false


Then in the Settings Field, Enter the following:
Select the already associate facilities there in "Already associated facilities".
Enable "Push Shipping Order Dispatch Event" Enter the following API URL: {"API_URL": "{Base_url}/dispatchedShipment"}
Click Save


Step 3: Create WhatsApp Template in Convertway
Navigate to: Templates section-->whatsapp Template-->Create New
Create a new template with the following selections:
Category: Unicommerce Integration
Subcategory: Unicommerce Events and
In the template Header, choose Document as dynamic input to attach the invoice and add the respective fields.



Step 4: Set Up the Notification Flow
Navigate to:- FLows--> "Create new Custom Flow" in Convertway.
Click on Create New Custom Flow
Choose the trigger: "Unicommerce Order Dispatch Event"
Configure the approved WhatsApp template created in Step 4.
Map the invoice document as dynamic input and map respective variables.


Then configure the custom flow nodes as you want and save the flow.

Configuration is completed, Now order dispatched event in Unicommerce will trigger a notification via Convertway.
These notifications can be tracked under Analytics → Notification Logs.
