Optimize Campaign Impact Through Strategic Customer Segmentation
Customer segments are defined as distinct groups of customers who share similar characteristics. Identifying and analyzing these segments is essential for developing personalized marketing campaigns and targeted communications. By understanding the unique attributes and needs of each segment, you can tailor your marketing messages to resonate more effectively, ultimately enhancing your ability to sell products and services to each group.
Make segments using your customer data and send personalized messages via WhatsApp and SMS with The Convertway.
To create segments: Audience > Segments
Click on the Create Segment button
Give a name to your newly created segment in Segment Name field
Use the filter to create a segment from the drop-down menu
Here you can use a boolean operator OR/AND to create segment from the filter.
You can find the segment you created along with the default TCW segments in the Segment Table using the Search Bar.
In the Action Tab we have 3 options:
1) Show conditions: To see the conditions applied to the segments
2) Send SMS Campaign: Simply click on the SMS Icon
3) Send WhatsApp Campaign: Click on the WhatsApp Icon
