Step 1: Creating Segments



To create segments: Audience > Segments

Click on the Create Segment button

Create New Segment

Give a name to your newly created segment in Segment Name field

Use the filter to create a segment from the drop-down menu

Here you can use a boolean operator OR/AND to create segment from the filter.

Step-2 Use the created segment to send targeted campaigns



You can find the segment you created along with the default TCW segments in the Segment Table using the Search Bar.

In the Action Tab we have 3 options:

1) Show conditions: To see the conditions applied to the segments

2) Send SMS Campaign: Simply click on the SMS Icon

3) Send WhatsApp Campaign: Click on the WhatsApp Icon
