MoEngage Integration with Convertway

Create and Configure WhatsApp Templates

1. The user can create or use existing templates from the ConvertWay app. To do this, navigate to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp in MoEngage. Next to Sender Configuration, click on Approved Templates.

2. Create a new template with the same details as entered in ConvertWay and copy the body content from ConvertWay.

3. Change the variables to a new nomenclature For Eg:

• If the variable is {firstname}, change it to {{1}}.

• If the variable is {lastname}, change it to {{2}}.

• For additional variables, continue numbering them sequentially (e.g., {{3}}, {{4}}).

• Note: In case of adding a CTA with Dynamic nature, add a variable after the base URL.

4. Add buttons in the template based on the buttons (if any) in the ConvertWay template.

5. Save the template and use it for campaigns and flows.
