MoEngage Integration with Convertway

Create and Configure WhatsApp Templates

The user can create or use existing templates from the ConvertWay app. To do this, navigate to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp in MoEngage. Next to Sender Configuration, click on Approved Templates.

Create a new template with the same details as entered in ConvertWay and copy the body content from ConvertWay.








Change the variables to a new nomenclature For Eg:

If the variable is {firstname}, change it to {{ 1 }}.

If the variable is {lastname}, change it to {{ 2 }}.

For additional variables, continue numbering them sequentially (e.g., {{ 3 }}, {{ 4 }}).

Note: In case of adding a CTA with Dynamic nature, add a variable after the base URL.







Add buttons in the template based on the buttons (if any) in the ConvertWay template.



Save the template and use it for campaigns and flows.
