# Loox Integration with ConvertWay


# How to Set Up Loox Integration

1. Navigate to the **"Integrations"** section in The Convertway dashboard

2. Click on the **Loox** tile and Enable the **"Enable App"** toggle to start using Loox.

3. After successful setup, Navigate to the **"Flows"** section in The Convertway dashboard

4. In the flows, Select the desired channel, **"Whatsapp"** or **"SMS"**

5. Select "Loox Product Review".

6. Setup the flow by selecting **"Trigger"**, **"Delay"** and **"Template"**

7. Click on **"Save & Enable"** to save and use the flow.
