Instagram Comment Automation helps you increase engagement, followers, and sales by automatically replying to comments on your posts and sending direct messages (DMs) to users who engage with your content.

How to setup instagram comments automation

1. Connect Your Instagram Account

• Log in with your business Instagram account and grant the required permissions.

2. Navigate to Instagram Flows

• Go to Flows → Instagram.
• Click on Create Automation.

3. Create Your Automation

• Enter a name for your automation.
• Click on Save & Continue.

4. Select the Post

• Choose the Instagram post from the dropdown on which you want to create automation.

5. Set Reply Rules

• Option 1: Reply to all comments.
• Option 2: Reply only if comments contain specific trigger keywords.
• If using keywords, enter your trigger keywords.

6. Configure Comment Replies

• Add automated comment replies.
• These will be sent randomly on comments.

7. Set Up Direct Messages (DMs)

• Enter the direct message you want to send to users.

8. Add Tags

• Assign tags to users who engage with your post.
