# How to Setup Email in ConvertWay

### ConvertWay allows you to connect your email accounts on a single shared inbox to help your support team respond to customers.


**Email incoming on ConvertWay works with the help of forwarding**

**Steps to setup Email with ConvertWay:**
* Click on the Email Setup option from the menu.

* Click on **"Add New Email"** option.

* Enter the **"Display Name"** & **"Email Address"** and click on **"Proceed to Next Step"**

* In the next step, you’ll see a forwarding address where you need to forward all your emails to **([How to Setup Email Forwarding](https://help.theconvertway.com/en/article/how-to-setup-email-forwarding-hg9is4/?bust=1755774685769))**
* After you have completed the forwarding, click **"Verify Email Forwarding"**

* After successful verification, you will be redirected to the next step

* In this step, You have to configure your DNS records
* After you have added the DNS records on your domain host, Click on **"Verify DNS Records" ([How to Configure DNS Records](https://help.theconvertway.com/en/article/how-to-configure-dns-records-ylnrt6/?bust=1755775010341))**

* After successful verification, You can start using Email as a channel using Convertway Chat Panel
