How to Setup Email in ConvertWay

ConvertWay allows you to connect your email accounts on a single shared inbox to help your support team respond to customers.

Email incoming on ConvertWay works with the help of forwarding

Steps to setup Email with ConvertWay:

• Click on the Email Setup option from the menu.

• Click on "Add New Email" option.

• Enter the "Display Name" & "Email Address" and click on "Proceed to Next Step"

• In the next step, you’ll see a forwarding address where you need to forward all your emails to (How to Setup Email Forwarding)
• After you have completed the forwarding, click "Verify Email Forwarding"

• After successful verification, you will be redirected to the next step

• In this step, You have to configure your DNS records
• After you have added the DNS records on your domain host, Click on "Verify DNS Records" (How to Configure DNS Records)

• After successful verification, You can start using Email as a channel using Convertway Chat Panel
