# How to Create Scratch Cards to Captivate Your Audience


Scratch cards, delivered via WhatsApp and SMS, are a powerful tool to boost customer engagement. Surprise and anticipation inherent in scratch cards create excitement and encourage immediate interaction. You ensure maximum reach and visibility by delivering them directly to customers' phones. This interactive format transforms passive recipients into active participants, increasing brand interaction and fostering a sense of connection.

Let’s learn how to create Scratch Cards using Convertway!

### Step 1: Create Scratch Card

* To start creating a Scratch Card go to **Conversion Tools > Scratch Card Links > Create Scratch Card.**

### Step 2: Selecting the type of Scratch Card

* Select between a **Scratch Card with an Image or without an Image.**

* Enter the **Scratch Card Name ** and click **Save & Continue** in the pop-up you get after selecting the type of Scratch Card.

### Step 3: Configuring the Scratch Card

* You can configure your Scratch Card as you like, starting with the **Heading. **

* Enter the heading of your choice and check out how it looks in the preview section.

* Next, add a **sub-title** to your scratch card.

* Moving on to the most important part, **Design Your Scratch Card. **

* Here you can change the **Card Color** according to your preference.

* Optionally, add a **Card Image** to enhance visual appeal.

*Next, customize the **link ** for your scratch card.

*  You can either use the default link or enable the **Branded Scratch Link** to customize it to your preference.

### Step 4: Configuring the Reward

You can also configure the reward that appears when the card is scratched by clicking on **Reward Details.**

* Add an **image ** and change the **background color** for better visual impact.

* Insert a **coupon code** that the customer can easily copy to redeem the offer

* Now, add a **Heading ** to your reward.

* Next, enter the **Sub Heading.**

* Modify the **CTA button's** text, font, color, and link to ensure a seamless customer journey.

* You can also edit the **T&C ** of Offer Details for clarity.
