How to Configure DNS Records
To send emails from ConvertWay, you need to set the DNS records.
Before we begin, you need to understand that DNS setup is required so that emails you send via ConvertWay actually go from your own email address, say xyz@brandname.com
Here are the steps to configure DNS records for your emails:
- From the Email Setup Page, Copy the DNS record Name and Value.
- Go to your Domin host and add new DNS records
- After you’ve added the DNS records, it may take up to 6 hours for the records to be updated.
- Click "Verify DNS Records" at any time to check if the records are added successfully.
- If the records are added, the status of will change from “Verification Pending” to “Verified”
