# Fera Integration

Fera Integratin with the Convertway

With this integration,  Merchants can sent the notfication for review collection for various events  like "order create, Order fulfill and "order deliver".

**Important Keypoint**:-
The notification is trigger only if the placed order contains an email ID.

Steps to do this:-
* Go to Integration > Fera Integration
* Enable the Integration

* Then In the flows section, Activate the "Fera product Review Flow"

* The Fera flow setup in Convertway is now complete. Upon the respective event trigger, a template notifcation with Fera review collection CTA will be sent.
